How to Remove / Clean Cookies for Specific Websites

If you're having trouble loading certain content on our website (or any website, for that matter) you may be fighting against some out-of-date- cookies in your browser. To remove these old cookies is relatively straightforward, but you will be logged out of the website, and will need to login again upon reloading.

 For Google Chrome

1. Open Chrome and click the three dots in the top-right corner.
2. Navigate to Settings > Privacy and security.
3. Click on Cookies and other site data.
4. Scroll down and select See all site data and permissions.
5. Use the search bar at the top-right to find the specific website, in this case, https://phoenixliners.com.
6. Click the trash can icon next to the website data to remove its cookies.
7. Confirm the action if prompted.

 For Microsoft Edge

1. Open Edge and click the three dots in the top-right corner.
2. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
3. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear every time you close the browser.
4. Scroll down to Cookies and other site data and click Manage and delete cookies and site data.
5. Select See all cookies and site data.
6. Use the search bar to find https://phoenixliners.com.
7. Click the arrow icon next to the website, then choose Remove all or delete specific cookies listed.
8. Confirm the action if prompted.
