The Air Filtration Co. AFC-3TP2020-20 (part of the 300 Series) is a high-performance, self-sealing intake filter specifically designed for crossdraft spray booths. Unlike standard dry filters, this "Custom Tacky" media uses a specialized adhesive to trap and hold finer dust particles that could otherwise ruin a fresh paint job.

Air Filtration Co. 300 Series Custom Tacky® Intake Panels – 20" x 20" x 2" [20 Pack]
The Ultimate Defense Against Dust and Contaminants.
The AFC-3TP2020-20 is an industry favorite for professionals who demand a "clean room" environment in their spray booth. By utilizing a dual-ply, tackified polyester media, these filters don't just block debris—they grab and lock it in place, ensuring that even microscopic particles never reach your workpiece.
🛠️ Key Features & Performance
2-Ply Tackified Media: Features a blue, 2" thick polyester construction with a non-drying adhesive that prevents particles from vibrating loose or "blowing off" into the booth.
High Filtration Efficiency: Boasts a 94% efficiency rating for particles in the 5–10 micron range (at 100 fpm), providing superior protection compared to standard 15g exhaust filters.
Self-Sealing Design: The media is heat-sealed around an internal steel wire frame, creating a built-in gasket that eliminates air bypass without the need for additional clips or tape.
Extended Service Life: Engineered for high dust-loading capacity, allowing you to go longer between changeouts while maintaining consistent static pressure.
Sturdy Construction: Includes an internal galvanized steel frame for structural integrity, ensuring the filter won't sag or collapse under heavy airflow.
🚗 Ideal Applications
Crossdraft Intake: The primary choice for front-entry intake doors in crossdraft booths.
High-End Refinishing: Essential for shops performing custom paint, clear coats, or restoration work where dust nibs are not an option.
Industrial Coating: Suitable for commercial spray environments requiring a MERV 7 performance level.
